We designed a kit for Dassault Little Rock used during completion of the aircraft which was used and installed for 25+ years. Little Rock would round out 1 of the 2 flats allowing the new 1 Flat Shell which would allow for the Lock to be Locked at 6 o'clock and unlocked at 3 or 9.
Dassault France, designed their own kit and started installing our locks on the production line but did not use the completion drawing. This used a 2 flat shell which does not allow the lock to ever be at a 90 degree angle, the lock is always at a 45 degree angle and their cams have an offset to fix the 90 degrees.
If you wish to have the locks at 6 and 3/9 then you have to use the completion kit and round out one of the flats. If you want to retain the 2 flats leaving the locked position at a 45 degree angle then you will need to order the cams from Falcon.
If you want to have the lock at 6 and 3-9 Positions you must round out the flat. |
If you want to keep the production build, you will keep the flats. |
