Your keycode can be found in a number of places.
KeyTag:
Every order ships with a ring of keys, on that key ring is a plastic tag that will have our name, number, website, on it. On the reverse side there will be a number that starts with 8MXXXXXXYY or 7MXXXXXXYY where "X" represents a digit (0-9) and "Y" represents a character (A-Z)
Log Book:
We ask that when locks are installed, the installer puts the Keycode in the logbook as part of their logbook entry. Not all mechanics will do this but it is a great spot to look first.
